Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans for retail operations.
• Analyze sales, gross margin, inventory, and store performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis against budget and prior-year results.
• Partner with merchandising, operations, and leadership teams to provide financial insights that support business decisions.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, new store openings, and capital investments.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance reporting efficiency through automation and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.3+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related experience, preferably within a retail or consumer products environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems, business intelligence tools, and financial reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
