Financial Planning Analyst

Experience* 3–5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis.* Experience supporting operational business units and executive leadership preferred.* Experience within multi-location, distribution, technology, or security and communications services businesses is a plus.

Technical Skills* Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling skills* Strong PowerPoint presentation capabilities* Financial modeling (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)* Budgeting and forecasting* Variance analysis* KPI development and reporting* Business Intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred* SQL and/or Python experience preferred* Experience working with large datasets and financial reporting systemsCore Competencies* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities* Strategic mindset with strong business acumen* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Executive-level presentation skills* Ability to influence without direct authority* Strong organizational and project management skills* Intellectual curiosity and continuous improvement mindset* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* High degree of professionalism, integrity, and accountability* Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
