• By joining our Finance team, you will anticipate and evaluate the financial impact of decisions and find the right way forward.
• We currently have an amazing opportunity for a Finance Analyst based in White Plains, NY or Broomfield, CO!In this role, you will be responsible for
• Marketing Partnership Collaborate with U.S. marketing teams to evaluate spend effectiveness, optimize ROI, and inform investment decisions at brand and tactic levels
• Digital Commerce Partnership Work closely with the digital commerce team to analyze and articulate performance across channels and business units
• Enterprise Strategy Partnership Partner with Enterprise planning team and assist with DBPS planning and other adhoc analytics and projects
• Serve as a financial partner to business leaders by organizing financial information in a manner that facilitates strategic business planning
• Assist in preparing materials for senior management on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Proactively manage process, meetings and calendars to ensure timeliness and efficiency of budget and month end procedures
• The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.

This role is considered a “hybrid” position that allows for flexible work, meaning it is a role where collaboration with key stakeholders in Danone Hubs occurs. While you may have the option to work from home on a schedule as agreed to with your supervisor, you are also expected to regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week.

About You

About You

• You have a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, preferably Finance, Accounting, or Economics required;
• MBA or advanced business-related degree preferred
• You have a minimum of 4+ years of progressive financial analysis and/or accounting experience required
• You have CPG experience preferred, not required
• Proven ability to interpret and analyze financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement
• Your MS Excel skill set is advanced – required
• You have strong financial modeling skills – required
• You understand GAAP and SAPYou understand Manufacturing processes preferred
• You are a strong problem-solver and excellent communications skills
