Investment Analyst, TMT

An early-stage venture capital firm is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its investment team in Raleigh, NC. The firm invests in transformative technology companies across industrial technology, advanced manufacturing, energy, climate, AI infrastructure, defense, and other hard-tech sectors, partnering with founders from the earliest stages of their growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Investment Banking Analyst with 1–3 years of experience looking to transition into venture capital.

As part of a lean investment team, you'll gain hands-on exposure to every aspect of the investment process, including sourcing new opportunities, conducting market research and due diligence, building financial analyses, participating in investment committee discussions, and working closely with portfolio companies.

Unlike traditional two-year analyst programs, this role offers meaningful responsibility from day one and a clear path for long-term growth within the firm.

Qualifications
