Senior Account Executive — Foodservice & HORECA

Role Description The Senior Account Executive — Foodservice & HORECA is a full-time, on-site role based in Jurong East. This role focuses on driving sales growth and managing key accounts within the foodservice and HORECA sectors, including restaurants, hotels, catering companies, and institutional kitchens.

Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, presenting product solutions, preparing proposals, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, coordinating with internal teams on pricing, logistics, and after-sales support, and providing product training and market feedback.

The Senior Account Executive will track pipeline activities, prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong Account Management skills, including key account planning and relationship development in foodservice and HORECA channels.
• Proven Sales experience with the ability to prospect, pitch, and close deals, preferably in food packaging, ingredients, or related B2B solutions.
• Solid Customer Service capabilities to ensure responsive support, issue resolution, and long-term client satisfaction.
• Effective Negotiation skills and familiarity with Sales Operations such as pipeline management, CRM usage, and contract administration.
• Relevant experience working with food distributors, HORECA operators, or FMCG brands is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical product features and sustainability benefits in clear business terms.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts and projects, and meet targets in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered.

What we're looking for

Essential

• 3–5 years in B2B sales or account management within F&B, foodservice supply, packaging, FMCG or hospitality
• Direct experience dealing with procurement teams at hotel chains, catering companies or restaurant groups — not just F&B managers
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (you'll work daily with Chinese-speaking clients and partners across SG and MY)
• Comfortable with quotations, cost sheets and tender submissions
• A genuine relationship builder — someone who is remembered and called back

Bonus points

• Experience selling sustainable, eco-certified or green-labelled products
• Existing relationships in Singapore or Malaysia hospitality procurement
• Bahasa Malaysia
• Background in hospitality, food science or supply chain

• Base salary: S$4,000 – S$4,600/month, depending on experience
