The ideal candidate is

• experienced in selling information services or market intelligence, preferably in the data centre, real estate, or digital infrastructure sectorexceptional at communicating and negotiating, and have a track record of effectively engaging with executives and key decision-makerssomeone who is motivated to drive results independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsskilled at building pipelines, closing deals and forecasting results accuratelyalready used to HubSpotIn this job, you will:identify and engage potential clients across various sectors, including data centre operators, hyperscalers, data centre suppliers, consultancies, and investment groups.manage the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting and outreach to successfully closing deals.maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.effectively present and demonstrate our data centre research products, reports, and subscription services.collaborate closely with our marketing and research teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with current market trends.consistently meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and dedicated business development efforts.maintain meticulous records in our CRM systems and provide regular, accurate sales reports and forecasts.
