Digital Marketing & Online Presence Manager

Overview

NY Iconic Tours is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing & Online Presence on site position.Manager to manage, optimize, and grow our digital presence across all online platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure our website, Google listings, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing efforts consistently generate more direct bookings, increase brand awareness, and improve our online reputation.

This role is ideal for someone who is results-driven, creative, analytical, and experienced in tourism, hospitality, or e-commerce marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously update the company website.
• Improve website speed, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Optimize SEO to increase organic search rankings.
• Manage Google Business Profile and ensure business information remains accurate.
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor and improve Google Maps visibility.
• Manage online listings across travel and tourism platforms.
• Optimize listings on TripAdvisor, Yelp, Bing Places, Apple Maps, and other directories.
• Manage and improve the company's online reputation through review management.
• Create landing pages for promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor website analytics and customer behavior using Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Track conversions and improve return on advertising spend (ROAS).
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to promote new products and special offers.
• Maintain accurate tour schedules, pricing, and promotional content online.
• Recommend new digital marketing strategies to increase direct bookings.
• Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to outperform them online.

Qualifications

• Experience managing WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and local SEO.
• Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Experience managing Google Business Profile.
• Knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising is a plus.
• Familiarity with travel, tourism, or hospitality marketing is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience, with performance bonuses available for achieving measurable growth in online bookings, website traffic, search rankings, and advertising performance.
