What You'll Do

• Lead and Inspire a High-Performing Team
• Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while mentoring and developing marketing professionals.
• Drive Brand Strategy
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy that elevates the Stylecraft name and strengthens our market presence.
• Fuel Growth Through Lead Generation
• Create and optimize campaigns that generate qualified traffic and leads while supporting community sales goals.
• Oversee Our Digital Presence
• Manage and continuously improve all aspects of our digital ecosystem, including:
• Website performance and SEOSearch engine visibility and AI-generated search results
• Online reputation management and review platforms
• Third-party home listing and search sites
• Social media strategy for both customer engagement and recruiting efforts
• Lead Content and Storytelling
• Develop compelling, on-brand content that showcases our homes, communities, culture, and values across digital, print, and in-person channels.

What You'll Bring

• Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)7+ years of progressively responsible marketing experience3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving results
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs and optimizing performance
• Proven ability to think strategically while executing effectively
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
