Role Overview

CSE USA is seeking a Marketing Manager (Individual Contributor) to establish and execute foundational marketing capabilities across its Defense and Aerospace business units. This role is responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing communications that support corporate growth objectives while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and professionalism across all external-facing channels.

The position is with a Startup company and requires both strategic capability and hands-on execution across digital marketing, content development, visual communications, and external engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the foundational WEG framework (Website, Email, Graphics)
• Manage corporate and BU-level social media strategy (LinkedIn focus)
• Develop product marketing materials, technical collateral, and visual assets
• Oversee development of photography and visual content libraries
• Execute targeted digital marketing and advertising initiatives
• Support public relations activities, press releases, and external communications
• Support industry trade shows and defense/aerospace exhibitions

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of marketing experience with strong execution capability
• Experience in digital marketing, branding, and content development
• Strong writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to translate technical subject matter into clear messaging
• Available to travel

Preferred Experience

• Defense, aerospace, or propulsion industry experience
• Exposure to regulated environments (ITAR/EAR preferred)
• Experience supporting B2B or B2G marketing environments
• Prior experience building marketing programs from inception
