1. Measurement & Attribution Expertise (Core of team’s solutioning and transforming focus)They should have a knowledge of digital marketing technologies, acquisition measurement and some familiarity with attribution methods.

Technical Skills

• Experience with Adobe Solutions: Analytics / Experience Cloud / Workfront / Attribution
• Data handling experience is a plus but not necessary (SQL, large datasets, data pipelines awareness)
• Exposure to cloud/data platforms
• Understanding of tracking infrastructure (tags, pixels, SDKs)
