Our client is a highly successful and established talent agency based in Manchester, representing an impressive portfolio of talent and working with leading brands across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to take ownership of their marketing strategy and support the continued expansion of the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, commercially minded marketer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is ready to lead marketing activity across multiple channels while mentoring a small team.

The Role

As Senior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and managing all aspects of the company's marketing activity. You'll oversee digital campaigns, website content, LinkedIn and social media strategy, ensuring the agency maintains a strong brand presence and continues to generate engagement and business opportunities.

You will also provide day-to-day support and mentoring to two Marketing Executives, helping to develop their skills and ensure marketing projects are delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy.

Manage the company's website, ensuring content is engaging, up to date and SEO-friendly.

Plan and execute LinkedIn marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate B2B leads.

Create and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.

Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across both B2B and D2C channels.

Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to promote talent, events and agency services.

Oversee email marketing campaigns and digital communications.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Mentor, support and develop a team of two Marketing Executives.

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and identify new opportunities to grow the agency's online presence.

About You

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a broad marketing role.

Experience delivering both B2B and D2C marketing campaigns.

Strong knowledge of social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn.

Experience managing website content and digital marketing activities.

Confident creating engaging marketing content across multiple channels.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance.

Previous experience mentoring or supporting junior team members would be advantageous.

A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication skills.

Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
