Human Resources Representative

Our main headquarters are located in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we also have 18 office locations around the United States- including main offices in Wilton, CT, Chandler, AZ, San Jose, CA and San Diego, CA.

Role and Responsibilities

The Human Resources Representative will be responsible for

People Services Advisory

• Handles inquiries from first contact through registration, escalation, and resolution in a professional and efficient manner, following a first-time-right and end-to-end way of working.
• Collaborates with team members to support effective service delivery.
• Answers questions across all topics, addresses new issues, and identifies the customer’s underlying needs.

Onboarding

• Handles inquiries from registration through escalation and resolution in a professional and efficient manner, following a first-time-right and end-to-end way of working.
• Collaborates with team members to support effective service delivery.

Employee Life Cycle

• Handles transactions from first contact through registration, escalation, and resolution in a professional and efficient manner, following a first-time-right and end-to-end way of working.
• Collaborates with team members in daily operations.

Process Improvements

• Identifies discrepancies and makes suggestions on opportunities for improvement.
• Supports the implementation of medium and complex data-driven improvements in collaboration with other tiers, including work instructions and knowledge base updates.
• Helps minimize waste and inflow, increase efficiency, and improve quality.

Projects

• Participates in projects within own scope while ensuring alignment with goals and objectives.

Reporting

• Generates and delivers routine and ad-hoc reports.

Buddy / Mentor

• Acts as a buddy for new team members during their onboarding period.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems, including Workday, required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Human Resources experience within the ASML Business Services organization strongly preferred.
