Human Resources Manager

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Human Resources Manager to lead and deliver a proactive, professional, and high-quality HR service that attracts, develops, and retains outstanding staff across our family-run independent nursery and school.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic HR professional who thrives in a standalone role and enjoys working across the full spectrum of HR responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting our people, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation and safeguarding requirements.

We are looking for a proactive and approachable HR professional who combines operational expertise with strategic thinking.

You will have significant experience in a senior HR management role along with a recognised HR qualification, ideally CIPD Level 5 or above.
