Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week)

Salary: $120,000- $140,000 Base

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Lead / Founding Recruiter to help build and scale the recruiting function for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.

This is a hands-on role where you'll partner closely with leadership to develop recruiting strategies, build hiring processes from the ground up, and hire exceptional technical and GTM talent.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer.
• Recruit Software Engineers, Product Managers, DevOps, Data/AI, and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations) professionals.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership on hiring strategy.
• Build and improve recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and hiring workflows.
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve hiring efficiency.
• Work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the recruiting lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for a B2B SaaS or software company.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience recruiting both technical and GTM positions.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Boston, MA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as the first recruiter or building a recruiting function from scratch.
• Experience implementing or improving ATS and recruiting processes.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
• Experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday, or iCIMS.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
