Position Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and relationship-driven Accounting & Finance Recruiter to join our growing Pittsburgh team. This role is responsible for recruiting top accounting and finance professionals while partnering with clients to deliver exceptional talent solutions across direct hire, contract, and contract-to-hire opportunities.

Success in this role requires a consultative mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for accounting and finance positions, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and placement.
• Recruit professionals across a variety of disciplines including Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Controller, FP&A, Financial Analyst, Internal Audit, Tax, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Finance leadership.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to evaluate technical qualifications, career objectives, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit.
• Present highly qualified candidates to clients with detailed assessments and market insights.
• Guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process, including interview preparation, feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• Talent Pipeline Development
• Build and maintain an active network of accounting and finance professionals across multiple industries.
• Develop long-term relationships with passive candidates to create a sustainable talent pipeline.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, and client interactions within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM.Stay informed on local and national hiring trends, compensation data, and market conditions.
• Market Expertise & Collaboration
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates by providing industry insights and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with recruiting and sales colleagues to share candidate pipelines, business opportunities, and recruiting best practices.
• Participate in networking events, industry associations, career fairs, and community organizations to strengthen market presence.
• Continuously improve recruiting strategies through technology, automation, and evolving sourcing techniques.
