This opportunity is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of recruiting experience within professional services, healthcare, accounting and finance, or another specialized market. Previous compliance recruiting experience is not required. We are looking for someone with strong recruiting fundamentals who is excited to learn the compliance space with support and mentorship from an experienced team.

You will join an established recruiting firm with a strong client base and consistent job flow. The role will focus on contract and permanent placements across compliance, AML, financial crime, risk, and other regulatory functions.

• What You’ll DoRecruit professionals across contract and permanent compliance-related positions
• Build relationships with candidates across compliance, AML, KYC, financial crime, risk, and regulatory functions
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and additional recruiting platforms
• Manage the recruiting process from initial outreach and screening through interview preparation and offer acceptance
• Partner with internal sales leaders and clients to understand active hiring needs
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process
• Develop a strong professional network and become knowledgeable within the compliance market
• Meet individual recruiting, placement, and production goals
• What We’re Looking For1–3 years of recruiting or staffing experience
• Experience recruiting within professional services, healthcare, accounting and finance, or another specialized market is strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with candidates and clients
• Ability to learn a new market and understand specialized positions
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented personality
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple searches at once
