About Us

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter who loves finding exceptional talent - not waiting for applications.

If you enjoy sourcing hard-to-find candidates, building relationships with top performers, and convincing great people to join an ambitious company, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Proactively source exceptional candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, communities, and creative outbound strategies.
• Conduct high-quality outreach and headhunting to attract passive candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and ideal candidate profiles.
• Screen candidates and assess both technical capability and cultural fit.
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance.
• Use recruiting data and market insights to continuously improve hiring performance.
• Help strengthen our employer brand and recruiting processes as we continue to scale.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech company or startup.
• Strong experience recruiting for technical roles such as AI Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data, AI, or similar positions.
• Proven success with outbound sourcing and headhunting of passive candidates.
• Expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership mentality with a bias toward action and results.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Nice to Have
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries.
• Experience using ATS platforms.
• Experience working in an international startup environment.
