We are seeking a dynamic and driven Venue Sales Manager to lead sales performance, client experience, and on-site team success at one of our Venues

Position Overview

The Venue Sales Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving revenue, leading the venue sales and service team, and ensuring exceptional event execution from first inquiry through event completion.

This role blends sales leadership, client relationship management, and operational oversight, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch hospitality environment.

You will partner closely with the Senior Director of Sales to achieve revenue goals, execute pricing strategy, and uphold the Fremont Foundry brand experience.

Compensation

Total targeted Compensation for this role is between $100,000 to $130,000.

What You’ll Do

Sales Leadership & Business Development

• Drive venue sales performance aligned with company revenue goals
• Conduct venue tours and client consultations that convert to bookings
• Actively prospect, network, and build relationships to generate new business
• Manage inquiries, proposals, and contract execution
• Cultivate repeat clients and referral partnerships
• Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy

Financial & Operational Management

• Support revenue forecasting and sales tracking
• Monitor event profitability and identify opportunities to improve margins
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Culinary, and Facilities teams
• Ensure adherence to pricing guidelines and approval processes

Client Experience & Service Excellence

• Serve as a primary client contact throughout the sales and event lifecycle
• Ensure seamless, high-touch service from inquiry to execution
• Proactively resolve client concerns and elevate the guest experience
• Gather and apply feedback to continuously improve performance

Leadership, Culture & Compliance

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in event sales, venue management, or hospitality leadership.
• Familiarity with the Seattle market
• Proven success in driving revenue and closing sales
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Exceptional communication and client relationship abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
