This role is responsible for managing key retail partnerships, driving revenue growth, and leading sales initiatives across multiple product categories.

The Sales Manager will play a critical role in expanding the company's retail presence while partnering cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches and execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase market share.
• Manage and grow relationships with key retail customers and buyers across multiple product categories.
• Identify new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to drive strategic decisions.
• Partner with Product Development, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support product launches and promotional initiatives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, account reviews, and performance reports for leadership.
• Mentor and support junior members of the sales organization.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.5+ years of sales experience within consumer products, retail, toys, or a related industry.
• Proven success managing major retail accounts and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 60%, depending on business needs).
• Self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
