Role Description The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Plymouth Meeting, PA, with some flexibility to work from home. This role is responsible for managing and growing a defined sales territory by building relationships with existing and prospective customers in industrial and institutional markets.

Day-to-day activities include visiting customer sites, identifying opportunities, presenting product and service solutions, preparing quotes, and following up to close sales. The Territory Sales Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and high-quality customer support.

The role also involves maintaining detailed account records, monitoring market trends, providing product training and demonstrations, and representing Cooney Brothers at industry events or meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present technical information clearly and build long-term professional relationships.
• Proven Sales experience, with a track record of territory management, prospecting, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and supporting customers in industrial and institutional environments.
• Experience with Training, including educating customers or colleagues on product features, applications, and best practices.
• Sales Management capabilities such as pipeline management, forecasting, and strategic account planning.
• Knowledge of PVF, plumbing, or industrial products, or the ability to quickly learn technical product lines.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site customer visits with remote tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
