Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Housekeeping Operations Manager to lead our housekeeping operations within the facility management sector. The ideal candidate must have a proven background in Facility Management, Cleaning Services, or Technical Services companies in the UAE.

This role requires a strong leader who can manage multiple sites, supervise large teams, maintain excellent client relationships, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations across multiple client sites.
• Manage and supervise housekeeping supervisors and site staff.
• Plan manpower deployment, shift schedules, and staff allocations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and client requirements are met.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and promptly resolve operational issues.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Manage housekeeping materials, chemicals, equipment, and inventory.
• Support the mobilization of new contracts and operational improvements.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
