We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to join a growing Technology & Product organization supporting an exciting next-generation mobile platform. Following a successful launch, the team is now focused on rapidly scaling the platform while delivering operational excellence across the business.

This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure complex initiatives stay on track from development through delivery.

What You'll Do🚀 Drive cross-functional projects that support a rapidly growing mobile platform.🤝 Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and business teams to align priorities, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful delivery.📅 Coordinate multiple workstreams, keeping teams focused on milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.📊 Identify schedule risks, escalate issues, and provide clear, concise status reporting to leadership.📣 Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities and how their work contributes to overall program success.⚙ Help transition initiatives from development into operational excellence while supporting continued platform growth.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing technical projects or programs in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to absorb complex information and communicate it clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams.
• Experience identifying risks, driving accountability, and keeping projects on schedule.
• Understanding of how cross-functional business and technology teams collaborate to deliver successful products.
• Self-starter who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives.
• Nice to Have
• Mobile, wireless, or telecommunications experience.
• Experience supporting product or platform launches.
• Familiarity with Jira and Smartsheet.
• Experience working alongside Product Managers and Engineering teams.
