We're partnered with a well-established concrete contractor that has built an outstanding reputation for delivering complex commercial and industrial construction projects across the Pacific Northwest. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they're looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team.

With projects ranging from $1M to $40M, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business that delivers technically challenging concrete packages across a diverse range of commercial, industrial and civil projects. The role offers genuine long-term career progression, an experienced leadership team, and the opportunity to earn up to $50,000 annually in performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage concrete projects from preconstruction through final completion
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, forecasting and contract administration
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field teams and internal stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for General Contractors, owners, consultants and project partners
• Monitor project financial performance, including cost controls, forecasting and change management
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
• Review project risks and develop strategies to maintain schedule and budget performance
• Support preconstruction planning, estimating handovers and project execution
• Maintain quality standards and ensure successful project closeout

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within concrete or commercial construction
• Proven experience delivering structural concrete packages on commercial, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, data center or similar projects
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, project controls and contract management
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining strong client relationships
• Ability to lead project teams and drive successful project outcomes
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline preferred
• Extensive industry experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
