Role Overview

As our Sales / Project Manager, you will be the key point of contact for clients from initial estimate through project completion. You’ll drive new business while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close new sales opportunities with homeowners, general contractors, and commercial clients
• Prepare accurate bids, estimates, and proposals for insulation and drywall projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously — scheduling, coordinating crews, and maintaining strong communication with clients
• Oversee project execution to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely completion
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Work closely with field crews and suppliers

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales and project management (construction industry experience is a big plus)
• Strong understanding of insulation, drywall, or related building trades preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction drawings
• Self-motivated
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency with project management tools and basic estimating software
