Job Description

This position will be responsible for the following

• Manage up to two construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout
• Lead project teams, including direct oversight of Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and client relationships
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Identify and mitigate project risks while driving schedule and budget performance
• Support business objectives through proactive communication and strong project leadership
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards

The Successful Applicant

The right fit candidate will have the following experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Proven experience managing projects valued at $15M or greater
• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience mentoring or overseeing project support staff is a plus
• Must be able to work on-site in the Raleigh, NC market
