An independent construction consultancy in London is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to work on a range of high-profile, design-led projects across the heritage, arts, leisure and hotel sectors, within a business that genuinely values collaboration, autonomy and long-term career development.

You'll take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, acting as a key point of contact for clients and coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams throughout the delivery process. The role offers a high level of responsibility, supported by experienced senior leaders who are invested in mentoring and developing their people.

The Role

Deliver projects across heritage, arts, leisure and hotel sectors.

Manage projects from early-stage strategy and procurement through to completion.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate consultants, contractors and wider project stakeholders.

Support contract administration activities where required.

About You

Previous experience working as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy environment.

Confident managing client relationships and leading project teams.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects and decisions.

Experience across heritage, hospitality, leisure or similar sectors would be advantageous, although not essential.

Working towards, or interested in pursuing, professional chartership (APM, RICS or similar).

What's on OfferSalary of £50,000 – £55,000.
