Agile Scrum Master Consultant

Location: Chicago, ILOnsite to Start (Transitions to Hybrid ~3 Days/Week After Onboarding Period)Long-Term OpportunityAre you a seasoned Senior Scrum Master who thrives in driving complex, enterprise-scale initiatives? We're looking for a servant leader who can coach teams, remove impediments, foster Agile maturity, and deliver successful outcomes across large, cross-functional programs.

What You'll Do

• ✅ Lead and support multiple Agile Scrum teams consisting of business, technical, onshore, and offshore resources✅ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including:
• Daily Standups
• Sprint Planning
• Sprint Reviews
• Retrospectives
• Cross-Team Coordination Sessions✅ Drive successful product delivery while managing risks, dependencies, and complex impediments✅ Coach teams toward Agile excellence and continuous improvement✅ Partner closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritization, and delivery metrics✅ Promote transparency around delivery progress, quality, and schedules✅ Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to Agile CoEs/Communities of Practice

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise IT environments
• Proven experience leading large-scale, highly visible initiatives
• Strong servant-leadership mindset with exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities
• Experience with Agile development best practices including CI/CD, automation, and modern software delivery approaches
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills
• Expertise with Agile tools such as Jira and Jira Align
• AI & Modern Agile Tooling Experience

Required Qualifications

• ✔ Certified Scrum Master (CSM)✔ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)✔ Strong track record of building high-performing Agile teams and improving delivery outcomes✔ Previous Project Management experience is a plus
