Data Product Manager – AI & Analytics

Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Product Manager – AI & Analytics to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of data-driven products that power business intelligence, analytics, and AI initiatives. This role is responsible for defining product vision, managing product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions that drive business value.

The successful candidate will bridge business and technology teams, prioritize product backlogs, and ensure data products are delivered efficiently while supporting organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and AI products.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.
• Partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, data scientists, and development teams to deliver high-impact data solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Lead Agile product planning sessions, sprint prioritization, and product release planning.
• Monitor product delivery progress, manage priorities, and communicate milestones, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, analytics, and data platforms to solve business challenges and improve decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of data products by analyzing user feedback, product performance, and business outcomes.
• Document business rules, data flows, system dependencies, and integration requirements.
• Ensure data products meet governance, quality, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and innovative data solutions.
• Present product strategies, performance metrics, and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI, data analytics, cloud platforms, and product management best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree is considered an asset.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst delivering data, analytics, or AI-focused products.
• Proven experience managing the complete product lifecycle in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI-driven technologies.
• Experience translating business requirements into product roadmaps and technical deliverables.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics ecosystems.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data governance principles.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.
