Role-Specific Focus
This role will define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy, aligning customer, business, and platform objectives into a scalable, market-leading ecosystem. The successful candidate will anticipate evolving customer needs, market dynamics, emerging technologies, and industry standards, translating insights into innovative and scalable product capabilities.
They will also partner with executive stakeholders to establish product charters, define outcomes, align priorities, and drive enterprise-wide adoption.
The Product Manager will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including visioning, discovery, planning, design, development, launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement.
This includes defining, managing, and prioritizing product roadmaps using OKRs, business metrics, customer insights, and performance indicators, while managing trade-offs across stakeholder priorities, business needs, modernization, risk, technology debt, and constraints.
This role will also own platform capabilities spanning Salesforce and Agentforce, as well as integrations and partnerships with RIVA, Marketo, Marketing Cloud, Seismic, and Data360. The successful candidate will establish and evolve platform design standards and reusable capabilities, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, observable, compliant, and designed for long-term ecosystem growth.
The Product Manager will lead highly matrixed teams across product, technology, data, AI/ML, risk, compliance, legal, and business stakeholders to deliver strong customer and business outcomes. They will foster alignment among channel, sales, credit, operational, technology, and digital partners to ensure coherent product delivery and customer experiences.
This individual will also act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions related to platform investments, ecosystem development, risk posture, and innovation priorities.
The role will define success metrics and OKRs across customer outcomes, adoption, developer experience, platform health, operational performance, integration velocity, and business growth.
The successful candidate will use data, analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to continuously improve performance and optimize outcomes while driving a culture of accountability, customer centricity, innovation, and product excellence.
This role will support a complex product and platform ecosystem focused on Salesforce and Agentforce, with integrations and partnerships across RIVA, Marketo, Marketing Cloud, Seismic, and Data360. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $170,255.00 - $200,300.00
