● Ability to travel between several office locations

● 2 years paid experience in using Active Directory administrator. Creating, deleting, setting access
permissions, OU's, objects, account management, security, GPO's, login scripts, DNS, DHCP, etc.
● Must have at least 2 years paid experience using PC imaging software and writing written procedures.

● Must have at least 1 year paid experience in the following:
o Deploying VMs specifically in HyperV
o Troubleshooting mobile devices specifically but not limited to
o Zebra Mobile tablets
o Dell Rugged Mobile Tablets
o Microsoft Surface Laptops
o Microsoft Surface Pro
o Troubleshooting Konica Minolta MFPs and YSoft
o Deploying Shared printers
o Deploying YSoft into Konica Minolta MFPs
o Registering new users into YSoft
o Experience the City of LA's IT hardware salvaging process
o Experience troubleshooting and installing off-the-shelf software specifically but not limited to:
o Experience with SentinelOne
o Experience with Zscaler, machine tunneling, revoking and limiting access.
o Exporting GMail emails and Drive information and converting the information to PDF file
