Digital Transformation / Business Analyst

Role Description This full-time Digital Transformation / Business Analyst role is a hybrid position based in Singapore River, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves analyzing current business processes related to event planning, DJ services, and client management to identify opportunities for digitalization and efficiency improvements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping workflows, and recommending technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance customer experience. The Digital Transformation / Business Analyst will collaborate with operations, sales, and production teams to implement new tools, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role also includes preparing clear documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders to ensure alignment on transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and translating business needs into functional requirements.
• Effective Communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in Business Process review, mapping, and optimization.
• Ability to define, document, and manage Business Requirements for digital projects.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for CRM, project management, and workflow automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in events, entertainment, or related service industries is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment with both on-site and remote collaboration.
