Are you an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track record of winning new business within the UK technology sector?

The Opportunity

As Senior Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of driving new business growth across the UK, identifying and engaging with organisations that can benefit from the company’s technology solutions.

This is a true “hunter” role, ideal for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships from scratch and converting opportunities into long-term strategic partnerships.

You will work closely with the Sales Director and wider global team to develop the UK market, strengthen existing partner relationships and establish the company as a trusted technology provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a new business strategy focused on UK market growth
• Identify, engage and convert new commercial opportunities across target sectors
• Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers within SME, enterprise and regulated organisations
• Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage the sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation
• Leverage existing technology partnerships and market relationships to accelerate growth
• Establish long-term customer relationships and act as a trusted commercial advisor
• Provide market insight and feedback to support the wider business strategy
• Work collaboratively with international teams to support customer success and revenue growth

About You

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development professional who thrives in a growth environment.

You will have

• Proven experience in a senior B2B business development or sales role within technology, cloud, IT services or related markets
• A strong track record of winning new business and building revenue pipelines
• Experience selling into SME, enterprise or regulated sectors such as financial services, banking or fintech
• Do you have 5-10 years enterprise B2B Tech Sales in the UK
• Do you have experience of infrastructure /cloud/IBM/Red Hat ecosystem/FSI
• Existing relationships and networks within the UK technology ecosystem
• The confidence and credibility to engage with senior stakeholders
• A consultative, solution-led sales approach
• The drive, resilience and entrepreneurial mindset required to build something from the ground up
