Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to drive new business growth by converting prospects into clients and achieving revenue targets. Working closely with clients and technical experts, the role is responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and leading the sales process from prospecting through to closing.

Key Responsibilities

Client Partnership & Growth

• Prospecting within designated territory for unmet demands among prospective clients
• Build client relationships to foster further growth
• Understand client priorities and align solutions to deliver business outcomes

Sales Execution & Discipline

• Own end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure; maintaining accurate close plans
• Collaborate across delivery, solutioning, and pricing teams to shape winning proposals
• Creating, driving and delivering sales forecast to meet or exceed targets in transparent and predictable manner with weekly reporting

Value Creation & Market Insight

• Keeps up-to-date with the latest industry trends and challenges, offering development andvalue proposition

Experience Required

• Typically 15+ years in complex IT service business environment sales.
• University or Bachelor's degree; advanced or MBA preferred.
• Demonstrate broad knowledge of corporate policies, products, markets and processes, and an understanding of business management principles and practices.
• Demonstrate mastery to state- of-the-art technical, functional or business knowledge.
• Demonstrate managerial and planning skills.
• Managed successfully at least 3-5 large managed services or applications and analytic deals.

Knowledge And Skills

• Unique and comprehensive industry knowledge in multiple key industry IT domains both internal and external to the company.
• Capable of working with client to develop their high- level IT strategy and roadmap.
• Capable of entering into a dialogue about value exchange for pricing innovation or where the company is not the low-cost provider.
