Investor Relations Associate

Manchester City Centre | Full time | Hybrid | £35,000–£40,000 + Bonus DOE

Are you an engaging and commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships, communicating complex ideas clearly and keeping projects moving?

We are recruiting for a growing specialist advisory business that supports healthcare, digital health and life sciences companies with fundraising and strategic transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to play a visible role in helping innovative businesses connect with the right investors.

Working closely with clients, senior partners and campaign teams, you will combine investor engagement with client communication and campaign coordination.

What you’ll be doing

• Identifying and following up investor opportunities across live fundraising campaigns
• Building trusted relationships with investors, clients and market participants
• Providing clear client communication and helping to keep campaigns focused and on track
• Coordinating campaign priorities, actions and deadlines
• Supporting targeted investor communications and marketing activity
• Using CRM data and insight to guide outreach and maintain accurate pipelines
• Preparing clear, professional investor-facing materials

What we’re looking for

You will be client-focused and an engaging, confident communicator, able to build credibility with senior stakeholders and bring structure and momentum to multiple campaigns

Experience in corporate environments, consulting, business development, project delivery or a similar commercial environment

Experience or a good understanding of digital health, healthcare or life sciences

Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills

A confident brand ambassador, representing the company whilst building awareness in the market and helping strengthen its profile through every investor interaction

A proactive, commercially minded approach with excellent attention to detail

Confidence using CRM systems, data and insight

Degree qualified, ideally in a scientific, healthcare, or able to demonstrate equivalent relevant experience
