We're seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and our community.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
• Manage service requests including endorsements, certificates, billing questions, and cancellations.
• Collaborate with producers and teammates to ensure clients receive timely, accurate service.
• Represent our agency’s values by treating every client with professionalism, respect, and care.
• Take ownership of tasks and follow through with efficiency and attention to detail.

• Prior experience in insurance account management or customer service preferred (but not required)
