Account Executive (Full-Cycle) — SportsTech SaaS · Arizona (Remote, AZ, based)

Former athlete, coach, or someone who's lived competitive sports — and spent 1–5 years selling B2B SaaS? Come own a full sales cycle at Aktivate and help Arizona's athletic directors and coaches get every student-athlete cleared to play and every program funded. This is an individual-contributor closing role based in Arizona (we'll also consider Nevada and New York).

Base $65,000–$70,000 + uncapped commission (~$100K OTE, top reps $120K+), plus early-stage equity.

The role — full ownership, no handoffs You own the entire cycle: prospect athletic directors and administrators, run demos, and close school- and district-wide partnerships. No SDR handing you scraps, no senior AE taking your deals — it's your territory and your book from first call to signed agreement.

What you'll do

• Prospect ADs, coaches, and district administrators by phone, email, and text
• Run tailored product demos
• Close new-logo partnerships and grow accounts
• Help schools raise more through our fundraising tools
• Own your pipeline and forecast in CRM

This role is a fit if you…

• Have 1–5 years of B2B SaaS or consultative sales experience (an SDR/BDR ready to close, or an AE early in your career)
• Have a genuine athletics background — you competed, coached, worked in an athletic department, or grew up around sports (strongly preferred; it's how you'll connect with our buyers)
• Are based in Arizona — or ready to relocate to one
• Are comfortable with high-volume outreach and don't wait to be told what to do
• Want to master full-cycle closing as an individual contributor — this is not a management or director role (early reps are on the path to senior AE and leadership as we scale)
