We’re looking for a commercially minded Marketing & New Business Manager to drive forward our approach to new business, lead generation, brand visibility and reputation building. This role will play a pivotal part in a team strengthening our market presence, opening new doors, and accelerating sustainable growth with brands we genuinely want to work with.
It’s a hands‑on role, blending strategic thinking with delivery. You’ll push our growth approach forward while actively building internal and external relationships. You’ll work with a wider team in the agency supporting lead generation initiatives, driving PR and visibility and helping set the standard for new business and growth best practice across the agency.
As Growth Lead you’ll sit at the heart of the agency, working closely with our Executive Board and senior leaders across Consumer, B2B and Corporate. Your role is to co-ordinate our marketing and new business workstreams to ensure everything we do to grow the business – marketing, comms, PR, events, pitches and partnerships – is aligned, intentional and commercially focused.
