Role Description

The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kennett Square, PA. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth.

Day-to-day tasks include planning and managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, coordinating social media and influencer partnerships, overseeing content creation and brand messaging, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.

The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and creative teams to ensure cohesive branding and consistent customer experiences. This role also involves managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to deliver effective and timely marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing strategy and campaign management, including brand positioning and go-to-market planning.
• Skills in digital marketing, social media management, and influencer or partnership marketing.
• Ability to oversee content development, including copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic creative direction.
• Competence in marketing analytics, reporting, and use of tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present ideas clearly.
• Previous experience in consumer products, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
