The Consumer Marketing Organization (CMO) at TELUS is responsible for driving customer growth across key business lines, including our Home Solutions business. Our Entertainment Value Proposition team defines the long-term strategy and customer value proposition for TELUS Entertainment by translating customer insights into differentiated products, experiences, and propositions that drive sustainable growth.

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to help shape the future of streaming and entertainment experiences at TELUS. In this role, you'll support the strategic evolution of our streaming and OTT value propositions, bringing together customer insights, competitive intelligence, market trends, and cross-functional collaboration to influence how Canadians discover, access, and experience entertainment.

Working at the intersection of strategy, research, product, and partnerships, you'll help define where our Entertainment portfolio goes next. From evolving Stream+ to identifying emerging OTT opportunities and supporting the future direction of our TV portfolio, you'll help ensure TELUS continues to deliver compelling entertainment experiences in a rapidly changing market.

The impact you’ll make

As Marketing Manager, Streaming Experience, you'll act as the team's subject matter expert on the streaming landscape, continuously monitoring industry evolution, consumer behaviour, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation.

Working across Product, Commercial, Customer Insights, Partnerships, and Go-to-Market teams, you'll influence strategic decisions that shape both current and future entertainment experiences.

This role offers the opportunity to think beyond today's products and contribute to the future vision of entertainment at TELUS by helping define what customers will value next and how we can deliver it.

Here's how

• Streaming Experience & Value Proposition: Support the evolution of the Stream+ value proposition by understanding customer needs, competitive dynamics, partner capabilities, and the evolving streaming landscape. Monitor industry trends, major content releases, and partner roadmaps to recommend bundle strategies, customer offers, positioning, and commercialization opportunities that strengthen TELUS' Entertainment portfolio
• Consumer Research & Market Intelligence: Partner with Customer Insights teams to understand streaming behaviours, customer needs, content preferences, and market trends. Translate research findings, competitive intelligence, and performance data into clear insights that inform business decisions
• Entertainment Portfolio Strategy: Support the evolution of TELUS Entertainment by contributing to product roadmap discussions. Help identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, strengthen value propositions, and shape future entertainment offerings with your streaming and OTT lens
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with our Product, Commercial, Partnerships, Regulatory, and Go-to-Market teams to align priorities and help bring strategic recommendations to life. Support cross-functional discussions, influence stakeholders through insight-driven recommendations, and help ensure entertainment initiatives are visible and aligned from strategy through commercialization
• Performance & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the commercial planning team todefine success metrics for streaming initiatives, monitor portfolio performance, and identify opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall customer value. Bring a continuous improvement mindset to help evolve both current and future entertainment experiences
• Entertainment Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of the entertainment ecosystem by monitoring emerging streaming platforms, evolving consumer behaviours, competitive offers, technology trends, and industry innovation. Bring forward strategic recommendations that help TELUS anticipate market changes and continuously evolve its overarching Entertainment value proposition

What You Bring

• Experience in strategy, product marketing, consumer insights, consulting or business planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
• Experience conducting or interpreting market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across cross-functional teams
• A collaborative mindset and passion for enabling success

Great-to-haves

• Experience in telecommunications, media, streaming, entertainment, or tech
• Familiarity with subscription businesses, digital services, or OTT platforms
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
