Position Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead Mosaic’s marketing and drive customer growth. The ideal candidate should be able to move between long-term planning and hands-on campaign work while maintaining a high standard for creative quality and performance.

This executive role reports to the CEO and will own Mosaic’s overall marketing strategy, including customer acquisition, retention, lifecycle marketing, brand, content, digital channels, and seasonal revenue initiatives.

The Director of Marketing will be accountable for translating company goals into clear marketing and growth plans, building opportunities and marketing priorities, managing channel performance, overseeing campaign execution, and delivering measurable revenue and customer growth.

You will work closely with cross functional teams to shape company strategy, revenue forecasts, pricing and promotional decisions, product priorities, channel expansion, customer experience, and long-term brand positioning.

This is a hybrid role. Candidates must be located in Alpharetta, GA, or the New York City area to be considered. (2-3 days a week in office)

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing and Growth Strategy
• Own Mosaic’s company-wide marketing strategy, ensuring all customer-facing initiatives support revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, and long-term brand value.
• Identify and evaluate new customer segments, sales channels, strategic partnerships, and business-development opportunities.
• Serve as a member of the senior leadership team, bringing customer, market, competitive, and brand insights into company-level planning and decision-making.
• Revenue Analytics and Performance
• Define and monitor key performance indicators, including revenue, gross margin, customer acquisition cost, return on marketing investment, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, average order value, customer retention, and channel profitability.
• Develop revenue forecasts and regularly communicate performance, opportunities, risks, and recommended actions to the CEO and senior leadership team.
• Own reporting across marketing performance, channel revenue, customer acquisition, retention, customer growth, and overall commercial performance.
• Leadership Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across paid media, email, SMS, social media, content, website, partnerships, and seasonal promotions.
• Manage the illustration, marketing, and design teams, as well as all agencies and freelancers
• Establish operating rhythms for marketing performance reviews, campaign planning, revenue forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making.
• Create a culture of organization, urgency, accountability, continuous improvement, and attention to detail across all marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field10-15+ years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, or related fields.5+ years of experience leading marketing teams, including experience managing senior managers
• Experience owning company-level revenue growth, marketing strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and organizational planning.
• Demonstrated success growing direct-to-consumer revenue Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, lifecycle marketing, brand development, and e-commerce.
• Experience in consumer products, e-commerce, retail, or premium lifestyle brands.
