Position Overview

The Company is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Director of Human Resources to oversee all aspects of the people function across the business. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and play a critical role in aligning talent strategies with business objectives.

The position is responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, supporting growth initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and building scalable HR programs and processes.

Organizational Strategy & Workforce Planning

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop workforce strategies that support business priorities and long-term growth.
• Advise on organizational structure, change initiatives, talent planning, and resource allocation.
• Lead succession planning efforts and support leadership development across the organization.
• Help build capabilities, processes, and talent pipelines that enable continued expansion.

Talent Acquisition & Employee Development

• Direct recruiting efforts to attract and retain high-performing talent.
• Oversee onboarding programs and employee development initiatives.
• Support managers in evaluating talent, identifying growth opportunities, and planning for future staffing needs.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Employee Relations & Organizational Culture

• Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct and oversee workplace investigations and related employee matters.
• Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
• Promote effective communication, accountability, and employee engagement throughout the organization.

Compensation, Benefits & Human Resources Operations

• Oversee compensation programs, employee benefits, HR technology platforms, and related policies.
• Analyze workforce data and key people metrics to inform business decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational effectiveness.
• Ensure systems and programs are scalable to support organizational growth.

Compliance, Risk Management & Business Partnership

• Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Environmental Health & Safety teams to mitigate risk and support business objectives.
• Assist in developing and maintaining policies and practices that promote a safe and compliant workplace.
• Support audits, reporting requirements, and employment-related governance activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible human resources leadership experience.
• Prior experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, operations, logistics, engineering, or multi-site organizations is preferred.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, employment law, talent management, organizational development, and HR compliance.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is preferred.
• Experience managing employment-based visa processes, renewals, and related immigration matters.
• Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and drive organizational change.
