Role Description The Recruitment Resourcer is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates across Sentio’s specialist sectors using job boards, social media, networking, and internal databases. The Recruitment Resourcer supports recruiters by shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Daily activities include engaging with candidates to understand their skills and career goals, providing timely updates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also includes collaborating with the wider team on talent pipelines, market mapping, and reporting on resourcing activity and progress.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Relationship Building skills to develop and maintain long-term talent pipelines and professional networks.
• Candidates should possess Hiring and Interviewing skills to support end-to-end recruitment processes and assess candidate suitability.
• Candidates should possess basic proficiency with recruitment tools and systems (e.g., ATS, CRM, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter) and good organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a customer-facing role is beneficial, along with an interest in at least one of Sentio’s core sectors.
• Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX, collaborate within a team environment, and uphold Sentio’s values of trust, integrity, and transparency.
