Associate Director- Recruiting

As an Associate Director of Recruiting you will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process. In this role, you will work with both candidates as well as our clients to successfully build and solidify relationships while delivering exceptional customer service to all customers. We are interested is meeting people who either have some experience, or do not with the motivation to grow their career.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full cycle recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, qualifying, and placing Entry Level to Senior Level Executive professionals.
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Create a client base by means of cold calls and face to face meetings.
• Build applicant sources by working closely with colleges & universities.
• Schedule Information Sessions & participation in Career Fairs with the schools.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to meet customer demands.
• Keep up with industry trends and economic situations i.e. firm acquisitions, salary rates and competitor compensation.
• Identifying specific skill needs, determining appropriate salary ranges, negotiating offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required.
• Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks.
