Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, salaried, and corporate positions across assigned regions.
• Partner with operations, HR, and hiring managers to define hiring priorities and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, community partnerships, and hiring events.
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, interview-to-offer ratio) and report on hiring performance.
• Support new restaurant openings by creating recruiting plans and staffing timelines.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate recruiting documentation and compliance with employment laws.

Skills

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Proven sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and referral networks.
• Experience recruiting for hourly and management roles in multi-location environments.
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintaining recruiting data.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Skills

• Experience recruiting within Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) or other language skills to support diverse candidate pools.
• Background in employer branding, social media recruiting, or community outreach programs.
• Experience building relationships with colleges, trade schools, and workforce development organizations.
• Prior involvement in campus recruiting, job fairs, or community hiring events.
