The Role (Your Day-to-Day)

You’re not just posting jobs and hoping for applicants.

You’re the person who builds the team behind the trucks—the technicians, CSRs, and leaders that keep homes running and customers taken care of.

A great day looks like this

You’re reviewing candidates in the morning, spotting a standout tech who fits both the skillset and the culture. By midday, you’re guiding a hiring manager on how to run a stronger interview. In the afternoon, you’re sourcing hard-to-find talent, building pipelines, and making sure every candidate—whether hired or not—has a solid experience with our company.

You don’t wait for talent. You go find it.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Own full-cycle recruiting (sourcing → screening → offer → onboarding)
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for field and office roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and hiring strategies
• Act as the gatekeeper of culture and quality
• Manage ATS, candidate tracking, and recruitment metrics
• Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience every time

What Makes You a Fit

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (skilled trades or service industry = big plus)
• Proven ability to source—not just rely on applicants
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools
• You care about who gets hired—not just filling the role

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
