$50,000 - 60,000 + commission + 401k + health/dental/vision cover + paid parking + generous PTO allowance of 20 days + sick days + public holidays

Founded in 2006, Harnham are the leaders in Data & Analytics staffing industry with offices in Phoenix, New York, Amsterdam and headquartered in London, England. We have over 150+ team members, service hundreds of clients each year and have grown year on year since launch.

Our Phoenix office was launched in the Autumn of 2021 and will be our growth base in the US as we scale up over the next few years, hence why you'll be right in the action.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team of 5 globally to help scale our rapidly growing sales team here at Harnham. Recruiting recruiters might not have been something you thought about before - but you'll find that you have the upper hand given your own very specific skillset.

This is a fast-paced role wth a consistently high volume of reqs for rock star sales professionals for our New York and Phoenix teams as graduate level recruiters and experienced hires. Whilst the role sits within our Talent Acquisition team and reports directly in to our Head of People, it is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Partners and SVP's of sales as well as the founder's of the business.

Some of your day to day responsibilities will be as follows:

• Full-cycle recruitment, from actively sourcing and moving candidates through a seamless interview process
• Providing a best in class candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up
• Diligently follow up with with the hiring team for feedback to keep interview process moving swiftly
• Owning the candidate pipeline, both in our ATS and with active candidate reporting
• Collaborate with TA team and hiring managers to ensure constant understanding of future hiring needs and planning pipeline accordingly
• Work closely with HR & L&D team on continually improving the new hire process and employee engagement
• Support and promote a strong employee referral program
• Implement best practices throughout the talent acquisition practice at all levels

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Self-starter who can own the recruiting process, from top to bottom, and who can proactively communicate with leadership to keep the recruiting process running smoothly
• Up for working in a high volume TA role, entry level sales professionals can come from a variety of backgrounds, so our team do a high volume of screening calls each week
• Previous experience hiring for sales skills a plus
• Expert LinkedIn Recruiter superuser and candidate sourcing abilities.
• This is not a role for TA professionals who only rely on applicants from job posting
• Strong screening and interview skills
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to be nimble in a fast-paced environment with shifting hiring priorities
• Superior follow up skills with both candidates and hiring team/ leadership
• Highly organized in keeping track of active candidates throughout every step of the recruitment process. Ability to share accurate updates with hiring team.
• Resourceful in seeking out solutions for any questions that may arise, whether it be CRM functions, scheduling conflicts, etc.
