Executive Recruiter / Account Executive

Seeds Consulting is currently expanding and we are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, confident individual to join our team as an Executive Recruiter. This is an outstanding opportunity for an energetic up-and-comer who enjoys a fast-paced, fun, and friendly environment.

Recruiting functions will include:

Cold-calling potential candidates to network, screen, and consult on their career and possible opportunities.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers.

Managing the placement process from contacting candidates through interviews and offer.

The ideal candidate for this position will be assertive, unafraid to talk to on the phone, and be self-motivated. Candidates must possess proven negotiation skills, the ability to persuade and influence decision makers and executives, a strong business acumen, professionalism, personal integrity, a high internal commitment to achieve success, strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, and a tolerance for rejection.
