Growth Lead – Recruitment & Staffing DACH

Elevate Change is looking for a Growth Lead to support our growth in Switzerland and Germany. In this exciting new role, you will take ownership of our Frankfurt and Zurich locations, drive new business, and build lasting client relationships across both markets. The role combines strategic leadership, business development, and regulatory trust at the heart of our German-Swiss operations.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of two key markets, working closely with an established and ambitious international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the legally responsible person ("verantwortliche Person") for Elevate's Swiss temporary staffing license (Arbeitsverleihbewilligung)
• Lead and grow the business across the Frankfurt and Zurich locations
• Develop new client relationships and expand temporary staffing and direct placement business in Switzerland and Germany
• Work closely with the German team to align strategy across both markets
• Provide guidance and oversight to the existing operational/recruitment colleague
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Swiss labor leasing regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources / recruitment / staffing
• University degree, or a recognized Swiss HR-specific diploma/certification
• Clean debt collection register extract (Betreibungsregisterauszug) and clean criminal record (Strafregisterauszug)
• Strong sales / business development orientation
• Fluent in German and English;
• French is a plus
• Willingness to work across both the Frankfurt and Zurich locations
