Senior Manager - Legal Operations

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in legal operations, with proven ownership of programs and projects
• Bachelor’s degree
• Hands-on experience implementing or resetting Contract Lifecycle Management platforms
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Expertise in managing legal department budgets and outside counsel billing processes
• Proven ability to develop and leverage legal impact metrics and data analytics
• Exceptional communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with lawyers, IT teams, and business leaders
• Adept at designing workflows, solving operational puzzles, and managing change within complex organizations

This role can be located in Houston, TX, San Francisco, CA, Chicago, IL or Toronto, Canada and is hybrid.

We expect a starting base salary between $150,000 and $185,000. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, the compensation package may include annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
