Senior Supply Chain Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Supply Chian Manager to join a leading global manufacturing organisation. This senior leadership role is responsible for leading Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Logistics and Trade Compliance, while driving operational excellence, supply continuity and continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing planning, procurement, logistics and trade teams.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive inventory optimisation, cost reduction and service improvements.
• Partner with manufacturing, finance and global supply chain teams to deliver operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory and trade requirements.
• Lead ERP/MRP and supply chain digital improvement initiatives.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline (APICS/ASCM certification desirable).7-10+ years' supply chain experience within a regulated manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong background in planning, procurement, supplier management and logistics.

Proven leadership, project management and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced SAP experience (ECC/APO essential; S/4HANA an advantage).

Strong commercial awareness with experience delivering cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.
